Voteban Length Poll
Seeing as a few people, myself included, aren't too fond of the voteban resulting in a permanent ban, I'm holding this poll for a new length.
We're losing a lot of public players through these bans, even while though most are troublemakers, a fair amount are also people who have just made a genuine mistake. I'd appreciate as many community members as possible to participate in this poll.

I'd say 3 days... if they are unjustly votebanned, they can appeal within that time frame, and if they actually did break a rule worthy of ban, admins have enough time to perma ban said person, I also voted for 3 days XD

The voteban length is already going to be changed, it was discussed in the DL forums.
The reason why we ask the leadership to tell each other what they are going to do before they do it is to avoid things like these. As for those who can't see the DL forums, we discussed this and decided that a 1 day measurement was fit. It'll keep people who should be banned from coming for a day, and those who are banned fairly not being banned for too long. If you want someone to receive full punishment, make sure to make a report or call an admin right away. Make sure that you make a report either way though, admin's can't always come by. If you have any questions/comments/complaints, feel free to pm me about it. I'd love to hear what you have to say.
