It's time for all of you guys to get your arses in gear!

I've just held a rollcall that's been running for this entire week, 1st to the 7th.

However, I'm extremely disappointed in all of you, as only 25 people answered the roll call. As far as I'm concerned, that's 26 people that pay attention to what's going on and the rest of you do not. As far as I would know if I didn't know everyone else was in the clan, if I was just a random visitor, say, then it would appear there is only 26 people in this clan, as shown by the roster.

If you don't sign up for roll calls, then you don't get put on the roster. No roster place, no promotions.

Thankfully, most of our leadership did register for the roll call, but a lot of the regular members and soldiers did not which does not look good. Anyone who does not register next time will be facing demotion.

Of course, I understand is some people are on holiday or otherwise unable to access a computer, which is acceptable, but that's perhaps half a dozen people at most. If I scroll to the bottom of the forum index, it says there's 121 active members. That's 121 people that actively log in and browse the forums; minus say, 10 who aren't actual members, then 26 out of 111 is severely disappointing.

In other news, please say congratulations to Sshado! As far as the roster is concerned, he is now the sole leader of wD! Shame on you Gratz! (I know Xzero is always bogged down with college, so that's cool I suppose.)

Let's move our gear up, and really not do this again in the future. In the future, we'll consider maybe a mass PM, but this is a little sad. Please read the announcements next time, everyone.

It's big and bright and red. It's pretty damn hard to miss it. Next time, read the entire post and not just the bit with the names of the people that got promoted then back to whatever you were doing before.

Could probably do it on the first day, second day, fourth day and final day. Then people have ample notice and if they don't, then they deserve what they get.

Well Im sorry that I havent participated in the roll calls recently, mostly because of Im in the army and going early to bed and stuff like that, and the time zone is pretty screwed up where I live

And with activity ratio I guess you know why I havent been on so much lately, Im still writing and reading on the forums and stuff so

Well, that's understandable then. You're in the army, so you obviously have restricted free time and you might not have it when a roll call or something is running. But, for a lot of other people, they just haven't paid attention or not bothered.

I don't read promotions because truly, I really don't give a **** about who gets promoted. Maybe a post called "Roll Call" next time or something.
