In the beginning and title of the promo thread we should say something like:

Thread title: <Month> Promotions and Roll-Call!

And the beginning of the thread say something like, "Before you look at our newly promoted members get your roll-call information in by <date>!"

Ahh that's why I didn't see it, as soon as you did wrote it I looked at it and didn't notice in and never really needed to look at it again if I already know what's happening.

Unfortunately I'm not very active in the forums because important things appear drowned out by needless unintelligent dribble, and ninety percent of the important things don't apply to me because I'm in the TF2 Division. My sincere apologies for missing the text at the bottom of a post about something entirely different from the post topic. I've also been in the process of moving from Georgia to Maryland, which takes an extremely large amount of time to entirely finish seeing as 7 of my 8 family members come right along with me (Sshadooooo Q_Q).

Still my point, less than 25% signed up, that's clearly due to the lack of attention given to rollcall.

Also I said I aren't too fussed bout getting promoted, I'm happy being a member, what the hell good will working hard to get promoted actaully get me? I'm sorry Polah if I don't sit and lurk all day on forums, but I have serious IRL problems like having to pay for my accomodation, while being out of work. Perhaps that is more important than caring about rollcall perhaps not idc.

It requires nothing of the sort of lurking on the forums all day. It requires simply paying attention to important things. I shouldn't even really need to put it in big font, or various colours or perhaps even in bold, since people should be reading thing properly anyway.

I wasn't arging I actually had a question.
Which Polah answered in his usual tone, the "I am awesome/infalible" one.

I made a valid point that the short comings of a post Polah made, cannot be forced upon us as a community.

Earlier Polah said "But most of you managed to" in response to God, who pointed out very correctly that there was no big red lettering or even an increase in font size at the time most us read the post (i.e the minute promotions were posted).
But most of us didn't as you already said. Contradiction of ideas = Null point.

I didn't argue either because I aren't opposing his opinion.
