   |  Clan Meeting - Saturday, November 21 Clan Meeting Who: Anyone who's interested! When: 5:00pm (Eastern Standard Time, GMT-5) Where: Ventrilo + IRC (Ventrilo will be required, IRC is simply a luxury for you to talk in.) What: We'll be discussing updates, promotions, possibly getting your opinions on some server stuff. If you've got something you want to say, or a question you want to ask, show up! This will be the most optimal time to get an opinion out or make a point, because we'll be listening. I hope at least one representative from each Division leadership can show up if possible! I'm expecting the RM and Division Leaderships to have ample representation! I apologize that this is short notice, I had originally planned to announce it on sunday. Specific Duties: Elites: Guide the meeting discussions. Division Leadership: Join in on the meeting and address topics that are specific to your division. Recruitment Management: Record the meeting and develop a report for posting on the forums. (Doesn't have to be anything too fancy. Just "we discussed this, here's some points we found important, here's a recording." If I have to re-route the discussion to another Ventrilo due to size issues, I will, but that will take off my ability to participate using voice.
